Sistema . infinitamente . imaterial is a 240-page book published to celebrate the long and inspiring journey of Ballet Contemporâneo do Norte. The publication brings together texts and images — a kind of collective testament — contributed by the company’s collaborators, including choreographers, scriptwriters, photographers, and other figures from Portugal’s cultural scene. Originally released in 2020 to mark the company’s 25th anniversary, the book was reissued in an updated edition in 2025. I was responsible for the design and layout of both editions.

EUROSHIMA (above) is a contemporary dance program and the final part of €UROTRA$H, curated by Rogério Nuno Costa for Ballet Contemporâneo do Norte (BCN) in 2019. I designed the poster and a folded program booklet for the performance.

I also designed posters and flyers for the same dance company for Re=Iniciar, an event that restarted cultural activities after the first wave of the pandemic in 2022.

O Melhor do Mundo is a performance inspired by Fernando Pessoa’s poem Liberdade, exploring animals and community for children aged 4–8 and their families. I designed the poster and a character gallery to accompany the show.
Musiikki/ääni
I have composed music for various projects, including Ballet Contemporâneo do Norte’s AGORA and EUROSHIMA (2019), as well as Rogério Nuno Costa’s Multiversity (2021). I often explore lesser-known scales and tunings, working in the realm of microtonality.

Valokuvaus

I have worked as a stage photographer in several performances, including Estrutura’s play Party (2019) (above) and BCN’s long-running favorite EURODANCE, in which I was involved from 2018 to 2020 (below).
